My albino O around 5 years old hasn't defecated in a while. Hes starting to swell up pretty big. Does anyone know what i can do for him.... I really don't want to loose him. Pictures below..... Some one please help.

once the swelling begins its usually too late, i cant think of the name off the top of my head, but your albino has a type of internal parasite... he probably hasn't eaten anything right??? your best bet is to jack up the temp a bit, keep up on your water changes. but thats about all you can do , its up to fate now. good luck

i have read that adding epsom salts and feeding peas can help a bowel movement but i have never had to try . good luck hope he pulls through

No he still eats. He has a blockage of some sorts...

my wife feeds peas to her gold fish to keep them cleaned out but make sure to shell the peas before feeding them.

Should they be cooked first? Would it be best to get fresh pees?

He wont eat the peas. He just chews them up and spits them back out. Any one have any ideas?
