I just bought 2 Silver arowana 1is about 6inch and the other about 4 inch and im putting them in 200gallon tank in each

i put the tank 1 in the living room and 1 in the kitchen

for some reason when i walk by pass the tank they arowana look very stress and jumpy i dont know whats wrong with them.

i have nothing in the tank except the arowana and 1 goldfish each.

the water is fine and i put the hear to 80-82f

please help i want my arowana to look peacefully not jumpy and acting weird when he see people.

normal for arrows move slow when walking by the tank and let them see you coming they should settle down in a bit but they still like to jump

yeah i've notice mine is behaving in the same way too.. this is the 2nd week i have him and he's good for the 1st week but on the for the past few days i notice that for some moment he seems pretty stress as he's dashing all over the tank and starts jumping ...

Do not hide from them.
Don't make sudden movements.
Just keep walking a front of the tank so that the aro can get used to traffic.
