Id say go with a 10 gallon with a sponge filter or just an air pump, feed them brine shrimp, you can get them cheap at basically any lfs. Tiny weird looking things but fry seem to love them.
 
lol chill..Get a sponge filter, air bubbler (help stress, more oxygen to them), maybe some hiding spots. How did you catch these little guys?
 
i was fishing for bowfin in hamilton marsh NJ and caught a 15-16in male that had breeding colors so i started looking for the fry and found the cloud so i took a few. should i fill the tank all the way or leave it low?
 
I have never had Bowfin and they aren't in Illinois by me....Why wouldn't you fill it up all the way??
