okay well i am planning to get a silver arowana for my 150 (im going to upgrade once he gets bigger) and im planning on getting a few other predators clown knife, bichir, pbass, things along that line my tank is near the end of cycling and i was expecting to get a large sum of money within the next few days but i do not think that is happening any more but i do know that im getting 40 dollars in a couple of days so my question is should i use the 40 for one arowana or use it towards my other stock and get the aro later once i have more money (a couple of weeks) the aros at my lfs are about 7-8 inches and they are 50 bucks but i can get 10 dollars if i have to so what should i do guys? help me out please thank you if i used the 40 towards my other stock it would probably go to a bichir, marbled goby or clown knife or if you have any more suggestions just let me know thank you!

hi chief.. please have a read at the stickies.. if you have not.. gives you all the info you need if you decide on or are trying to get an aro.. small aros need to be alone till they are about 12".. about your tank mates.. my suggestion would be to get them a little later once the aro is big enough.. your tank mates can be slightly smaller but not small enough to fit into the aros mouth..
okay thanks yeah it will be a few weeks before i can get more cash so ill wait until the aro is bigger to get tank mates for him once i get him i will post up pictures
