I just got some fish some appear to have ick some can't open there fins all the way one has a white thing on his dorsal I ordered them and they got here today so obviously I need to treat everything going on with them WHERE do I start?????

Step 1: Qurantine.
Step 2: Aquarium salt.
Step 3: Frequent water changes
Step 4: Post pics of white spot..Fungus??
Step 5: get some rid-ick(Stuff works WONDERS) and raise temp in tank to treat ick faster.
Step 6: Give it time, once you treat them all you can do is let "nature" take its course and the strong fish will pull through.
I would email the company/person you got them from and ask them what the hell. that is bad service and if any die I would demand a refund.
