My 3 little it's are fighting. They are all hanging in the same area and keep ramming each other. What does this mean? Should I seperate or let them work it out?

What type of fish?

I wouldn't worry too much as long as they are not causing any bodily harm to one another. At least they are not lying on top of each other and hiding somewhere lol....It sounds like they are trying to establish who the dominant fish is but if it bothers you or things seem to be going too far you could move things around in the tank on an almost constant basis. That way they would have something else to concern themselves with.

Territorial! They will work it out plus their young. Try running 75° and see I that helps

I agree with krichardson with moving decor around in the tank. It def can be a short term solution to constant aggression. This worked for me with dats and bullying clown loaches, but it's alot of work because you might have to alter the decor daily to distract them.
I eventually went with no decor (other than substrate) with small dats and it helped with calming their territorial ways. It also forces the dats to look at you more which will also distract them from each other

I wouldn't alter the temp btw
