Help!

My 13 year old loisellei has a large bulge on one side of her.. her other side is completely fine anybody have any ideas what it could be?? she seems like she's fine she's eating in acting normal..

I would move this to the freshwater diseases wall. It may be bacterial . Im no expert but if this is moved than you can get better help.
