just saw this fungus like thing on my fh and i don't know what it is and how to get rid of it
the fh was with a pleco and the latter was all over the fh's head, sucking the fungus like thing
i removed the pleco and now the fh is on its own
it's the red area on the side of the head

Pleco sucked the slime coat off him gave him a "hickey"

Hexamita is an internal parasite, I don't see HITH at least not in these pictures. Clean water and salt should speed up the healing.

did a water change today and added some salt
