my parrot fish is on his side gasping for air. how do i heal him and what disies does he have.

a. Gallons/litres of tank
b. How long has it been set up for
c. Recent test results for ammonia, nitrites and nitraes- exact stats please
d. What types of fish in the tank, how many and their sizes?
e. How often do you do water changes and how much do you take out on average?
f. Do you use dechlorinator
g. How often do you clean the filter and how do you go about it exactly
h. What temp is the tank
i. What do you feed the fish and how much/often on average?
j. Any other odd symptoms whether behavioral or physical that the fish or other fishes are displaying
k. Any else you need us to know etc...?
