Flowerhorn not eating from the past one month and mouth not closing.Hole is formed on tail.

Do you test your water, or condition it with a good water conditioner such as Prime, Amquel. If you don't have a test kit to test for Ammonia,Nitrite,Nitrate, and PH please take a sample to your nearest lfs to have it tested.

I would treat with kanamycin & furan 2. Add one tablespoon of salt per 10 gallons of water. Do a 50% water change before starting with a good substrate vacuuming. Also get a test kit so you can monitor ammonia, nitright, nitrate & pH. Honestly a 36 gallon tank is too small for that fish.

What kind of media do you have in your filter for example cartridge, sponge, ceramic rings.

Filter used for mechanical, and bio filtration also helps oxygenate the water. I don't see the line but please take Aquanero advice with treatment.

That line is called the lateral line, sorry had to look again. That is normal.
