I can't pm you due to my pinkness. If you truly think its an air bubble look up burping your puffer. You can find YouTube tutorials to help you. You basically hold it vertically and gently massage it. Good luck

It doesn’t look like it’s holding air?
Do you mean it was out of the water, took in air, released it, but now is acting sickly?

Burping them is really easy like P PYRU mentioned above.
Have you checked the water and ruled out any other possible issues?
How did it end up taking in air?
