HELP!!!

Recently my FH has come down with some weird stuff... he or she has had to continuously look down at the ground to swim and when it doesn't it floats at the top of the water with some of its fin out of the water... it has also gotten a strange bump on the right side of its forehead and seems to have red underneath it and no it is not a kok... it has also gotten its eyes sunken in and has lost about 3 scales that doesn't seem to be growing back..

also... it has been eating regularly so it does have an appetite

The swimming indicates that it probably has a bacteria infection in the stomach. Feed some metro pellets or soak your food in garlic. Epsom salt also helps with pushing the bad stuff through the guts. As for the other problems I have no idea.
