helpmy pacus are sick

I'm treating for ich
Water is all sitting perfect
It's like a film all over them with white eyes and white growing on them
I have pics as soon as I can post them I will
Been treating for 3 days not seeing any improvement

How have you been treating them?

This is how i treat for ich:
87-88F
aquarium salt 1 tablespoon per 5-10 gallons
50% waterchanges every other day.

the ich medications seem to do more harm than good.
