Hemichromis fry aggression

Last 2 of my hybrid fry. Tried to put them together in my 90g. I have them separated once again. 1 in a 50g and 1 in a 90g. No tank mates. These are maybe 2". Their temperament doesn't seem to be as bad as my F1 Fasciatus fry. My F1's are like this to each other at about 1".

Doesn't take them long to find out who's boss. Very cool.

That went on for about 10min. If I left them together, I'm sure one would have been dead within the hour. The loser went into a corner in the top of the tank. The winner started just pecking at him. Loser wouldn't even move. Very cool to see them fight, not so cool if you're trying to keep multiple fish of the same species in the same tank. I have 1 in a 90g by him/herself and 1 in a 50g. Lot of room for 1 fish per tank but they don't tolerate each other very well.

Fry are doing well! Have them both in the 90. Had to add a ton more fish to make it work. They had to be bigger than these guys. The guy that won this battle is now around 4". The one that lost is around 3". I think the smaller one could be a female. Newest addition to the 90g was 2 4" Festae's and 4x3-4" Black umbee.
