My Lima shovelnose is hemmoraging and idk why. He started to after I did the quick cure for ick and then I noticed he was bleeding I'm moving them into a new tank soon but I'm worried about them is there any possible solution to curing this problem thank you
If you can help please it's urgent

I need some help on this one I'm new to this hemmoraging I guess it has something to do with the water I did. A 50% water change last week should. Do another one??

So your saying hes bleeding (hemmorhaging)? If so that makes no sence he would be dead by now... are you sure that is the correct term for whats going on, as hemmorhaging essentially implies rapid bleed out...

Also this is the salt water section disease/injuries, and I'm pretty sure thats a freash water fish.

Did you treat your water with chlorine/chlorimine remover first? Cat's can be very sensitive to chlorine. Some pics might help people understand what you mean.

pics would help us undertand what you are talking about.

The cure for ICH that you used, was that for scaleless fish? Basically if you used full strenght ICH cure, 1/2 the dose described should have been used. This may be you culprit as the ICH cure can negatively impact smooth skined catfish.

May guess would be to add carbon to remove the medicine and water changes.
