Can any tell me if they have experienced this with Henlei's. My male has recently started to develop very small spots.

Cant speak for them as a species. But have noticed two or three small white spots developing on my female. And with this new male he appears to have a couple coming in but wont know with him till he is with me longer
Well i think its cool just not sure if this is a common thing as i never noticed small spots on hens unless theyre king henlei.

Ive seen a few develop thousand island spots just like leos. I think a rays pattern can keep changing throughout their whole life

Thats what i was thinking. (Thousand island) it is fun to see them develop even when they're adults and still changing.
