will they fit in with my future set up of rays, large pims, bass, eels, polypterus and arowanas?

Tank will be 500 odd gallons.
 
Of all the fish you've mentioned, i would probably be concerned most w/ the bass and arowanas... since they are mostly top/mid dwellers. But considering it will be a 500g tank, that may make up for it?!! Only one way to find out, try it?!! GL! :thumbsup:

Kept my old odoe pike with an aussie aro... they did fine together. :)

The arowana was my main concern and it will be a Rose XB asian, so anything that crosses with that will end up in solitary.

If yours are ok together I think I might have to give it a shot though.
 
Very nice, Paul_MTS! :) How big is the XB and odoe, btw? If anything, between these two fish, i would think your rose XB would be the aggressor??... golds usually being the meanest?!! Be sure to keep us updated and posted. Sounds like it's going to be an awesome comm. tank. Please post pics when all is done. :thumbsup:
 
the rose isn't a size at all at the moment, currenyl just a 16" RTG, the rose is what i would really like as the centre peice though.

WOuld probable buy in at 8", the odoes are a few inches at the moment, so by the time i have everything probable be equal sizes.
