I was just thinking of starting a turtle tank for a red eared slider, southern painted, and western painted turtles but was wondering if these are herbivores and if could keep with very small native fish such as small trout and crappie? also will these turtles get along?

Based on the questions you are asking, and the fact you are calling them herbivorous, I STRONGLY recommend that you do a LOT of homework before even thinking about these kinds of questions.

+1 they are omnivores and will eat those fish. I've had them attack fish twice their size. A lot more research is needed on your part plus RES get fairly large where if you were to keep it in an aquarium you would need at least a 150g for just 1, even bigger, MUCH bigger if you wanna keep the others as well

when they get bigger ill be putting them in a small stream and pond I will build on my property that is fenced in, I also currently live in the mountians around lake arrowhead California so during the winter would they hibranate?also only reason asked is because I used to have a small pond at my old house and I had red eared sliders as well as small koi and the koi were never bothered and the turtles only seemed interested in the water plants so that is why I asked if they were herbivores but mainly want to know if they will get along wat tank setup should be and wat should I do with stream pond for them in otherwords how should I build it for them? also koi I had were same size as the sliders were

Oh boy.
Please read a good book on turtle care FIRST - and THEN think about your questions.

why doesn't some one just answer the questions the reason I ask these questions is so turtle experts can help me with the turtles if I was to read a turtle care book why would I need to ask experts???

Because we don't want to keep saying, no, this won't work, and you will continue to ask why, over and over again, no offense.
Answering educated questions is much easier.

OK - in that case:

No, they are not herbivorous.
No, they can't be kept safely with small fish. (And your fish choices need very different conditions from one another, AND from the turtles.)
No, they will end up fighting and/or injuring themselves sooner or later.
No, don't put them outside. They will get eaten, or escape.

And of course, you need to have an appropriate sized tank/pond, appropriate lighting, an appropriate supply of varied foods, temp, huge amounts of filtration. they are demanding animals to keep, if you want to take care of them properly.

so sliders and painted turtles will fight that's not good. would the two painteds get along?i remember from owning the sliders that I fed them turtle pellets and gave them cuttlebone but will they eat fruits and veggies as well?
