Herbie drains question

I really am sorry for all of the threads but im scrambling to figure out how best to set up the drains and probably not explaining myself correctly. Originally i wanted to run both siphon drains to a 3 inch slice gate then tee them off to seperate socks. Problem is i cant find a 3 inch slice gate that will allow me to lock the gate into position once both siphons/overflows are dialed in.

Can i achieve this witha regulare screw gate valve ?

Would it be easier or harder to use seperate gate valves for each siphon drain ? I assume the plumbing would be easier but main concern is getting them dialed in.

No to the slice valve. You need to ensure you are using a gate valve for fine tune adjustments. I cannot speak to using two or one gate valve. I that depends on the overflow setup. If you do not have an open channel drain you cannot run to a single gate valve, that is for certain

Each overflow with have 1 x 1" return 1x 1.5 inch siphon and 1 x 1.5 inch e-drain
