I am not going to tell you the brand. But, here are the ingredients. They look pretty good to me.

whole salmon, whole herring, whole shrimp, wheat flour, fresh kelp, lecithin, astaxanthin, ...and then a bunch of vits.
crude prot...35%
crude fat....10%
crude fiber..2%
ash............8%
moisture......8.5%
omegas...1.5%

I'll post the brand name later. it looks good to me. I am not a fan of buying food that has the most protein..I want good protein not a ton of it.

Yeah, sounds like a very good mix IMO. Astaxanthin for coloration, does not appear to have any filler, 35% protein is great for mostly grown or adult fish. I'd buy it! LOL.

Are the ingredients in that order? Is there anything that comes before those?

No, that is the order directly from the package.

I got my money on NLS, lol.

Pretty good product then.

OK...I did not want to post it, because everybody states that only certain name brands are acceptable. I am feeding my FH NLS, Chingmix, Hikari, and the food in question is Omega One, CICHLID LARGE PELLETS. My personal favorite food is NLS with Ching Mix right behind it.

I like Omega One, really good product. A bit pricey though.

I know there's lots of DIEHARD NLS fans, but in my books: Omega One > NLS.

Let the Bashing BEGIN!

Omega one is a great food, and a dead give away as to what it was, is the first two ingredients. A very good food, on par, if not better than NLS.
