Here she is!!

Showed up at the lfs and started looking down the line for the bichir, and found her in the last tank. I have a hard time judging size so i couldn't guesstimate her length. Told the guy i wanted her and he bagged her up, he said he didn't think they'd be able to sell her to anyone so he dropped the price to $70. Got her home and into a rubbermaid and tried to measure her. And here are the pics!

This is as good a shot as i could snap, she wouldn't co-operate. I settled that she may be near 14"? But she wiggled and wouldn't straighten out. Shes in great shape, and quite possibly the calmest fish i've dealt with. VERY glad i went and got her!

The store is in Kamloops B.C haha, they've never had an ornate this size before and maybe only a handful of bichirs in total. Just a freak occurrence and I was lucky enough to take advantage! Thanks for the comments everybody, I'm a pretty happy fish-keeper right now. Ill post some in tank shots as soon as he's settled in!
