Well, my moms sparkling new 90G came in today, and some of you may know that the previous TWO brand spanking new tanks she had, leaked due to the silicone blowing out. The LFS "is 100% sure" that this tank will not leak. But tell that to someone who had to haul buckets of water over and over at 3AM on a school night. So, everything is level, the tank was filled slowly with nice cool water and so far, everything holding up fine.. it was filled at 12.. so about 9 hours. But only nighttime will tell what will truely happen. Its in fates hands now..... :nilly:

Fish tanks can leak from any of the seals, or it could completely crack if the water level is uneven of if its on a uneven surface. Or your stand could fall apart if it is not meant to hold an aquarium or if it was built crappy.

Good Luck with this one they say three is a charm!

Good luck.

I got a 75gal from our lfs. We filled it, and came home to a mess. The bottom seal didn't hold, and it leaked all over the place. It's the risk you take putting sometimes hundreds of gallons of water in a glass container in your house
