Nice, what size is the Armatus in with the ray and what are the Armatus feeding on? Any aggro (like trying to cloak and kill) from ray towards the Armatus?

Thanks. I had 3 armatus in a grow out tank , trained to eat frozen minnows , after I acclimated them to the bigger ray tank , the rays ate 2 of them ASAP about 7" . I put in a divider and fattened up the last one to 9" , doing fine, the black ray about 14" the hysterix about 7"-8". My new armatus is behind the divider

Stunning rays , two ray types I really would like to keep. Hystrix seem so hard to find for sale which is a shame as dont they stay smaller than most ? How old are yours ?

I got them back when Aquascape had them for $75 , smaller than your fist a year or so back, I did lose one female a while back do to nasty ph drop . I'm happy they look great and get along fine for now , looking for 500 gallon+ and a female black ray
