Heres my Betta and his Girlfriend

Hi,

This is my Male Crowntail Betta, his GF is the blue one. She is a Crowntail also. Sorry for crappy pics. I plan to breed them in the next 2 weeks. Any advice on breeding would be helpful. Mostly need the help with fry care.

Yep, I really liked his color is why I chose him. Plus he seemed to be more "alive" and "alert" than the others.

those are beautiful. with fry you want to start with live baby brine shrimp or maybe something smaller even. you can hatch those at home fairly easily. also, the babies will need very frequest water changes. i recommend researching on http://www.utlimatebettas.com because they have extensive info on every aspect of bettas. so you have any specific questions about the process or the fry? you will want to take the male out of the fry's tank when they are still wigglers a few days old or sooner. but not until after the eggs are hatched
