HERE'S MY GULPER CATFISH VIDEO EATING

I have a small group of Gulper Catfish. I was noticing the the top lobe of the caudal fin has a curve to it. It's like it was injured and grew back. I just noticed that your fish in the feeding video has the same exact curve. Weird way for a tail fin to grow natural. They all have it though. Some adaptation I suppose. Maybe it is for swift upward movement to catch prey.
