Herichthys Pearsei has two variants :Mexico-variant andn Guatemala-variant
who can tell me what diffience between them .please post picture,thanks.
by the way:pearsei "Rio Lacanjah" is Mexico-variant?

Yes, the Rio Lacanja is located in Mexico...and there are Pearsei found in that water shed as well as Nourisati, Irregulare, Bifasciatum and Helleri. A lot of fish will have small variations in appearance. However physically there's not much of an obvious difference. If you search my threads on this site you can find lots of photos of my Pearsei.

this post intrigues me because ive always wondered if they were regional color variants of Pearsei. ive seen some that are a drab brown in color and seen some adults with blue hue's. others green. . yellow
