Is pyramiding reversible? Ive never read much about it. Actually, Im not even sure what it does besides distort the shell. It looks cool though (jk!)
 
Theyre beautiful, although the substrate is bad (woodchips)...you should only use them if you cant get hold of hemcore or aspen or soil and playsand or bed-a-beast.

Pyramiding is not reversible, it will always be there.

Pyramiding is essentially a symptom of calcium deficiency. Its the turtle equivalent of that "bowing out" of the jaws of a lizard, or when the lizards' hindlimbs become swollen and stiff (paralyzed). From what I understand of the process, its the body's reaction to conserved calcium.
