So I recently received a tem from another member. I'm holding this cichla for another more experienced member here to treat him. But since I had him for a minute I figured id research and try and treat him myself. This cichla had/has swim bladder and when I got him he spent 80% of his time resting on the floor of the tank. Now he spends 80% of his time swimming with my other cichla. Enjoy!

Haha. I did a mixture of what I researched, which is changing its diet, (strictly massivore), feeding him less, and fed him a couple boiled deshelled peas.

Well done bro.

Thanks guys. He looks even better now. I almost NEVER see him on the bottom and he's swimming like a normal fish. Feels good being able to heal a cichla from their pain.
