Heterotis niloticus "Lake Turkana" about 58cm.

This is the world first ever specimen from Lake Turkana for aquarium trading.

Because of safety of around the lake and distance from the exporting facility, there was no one tried to get any from the lake till now.

I can see black pearl-ish coloration from ventral part of this specimen and it's hard to express on words and photos but there certainly is some differences with population from Nigeria or Congo when you see this specimen with your eyes.

The fish is not belong to me but belong to my friend who running LFS and soon will go to other local fishkeeper.
