Hey all.

I'm new to this forum. Been keeping fish for a few years, definately not an expert yet though.

I'm currently 22 and living on my own with my girlfriend who works at a petstore.

We've got a few tanks for various critters and fish, but my pride and joy is my 75gal tank.

Right now its set up as a brackish tank, lots of good cover, well planted (fake plants).

In the tank now I have:

2 Dragon gobies
1 African Butterfly fish
1 Geophageus (spelling)
2 Archer fish
1 stonefish
2 fiddler crabs
3 fancy sailfin mollies (who will now since I just got the large stonefish - probably be dinner)

So, yeah. Thats my tank, I love it. I know it sounds a little crowded, but everyone has their own space within the tank due to the large cave, fake drift wood and large number of plants.

ah, guess I can't edit posts but yeah.

Also, salt level is 1.005.

Hopefully fish Dragon Gobies and a large Stonefish I qualify as a monster fish keeper :)

sounds like an interesting tank, but the Geophagus won't be happy with raised salinity.

I had gotten the Geo from an LFS having been mistakenly told he could be acclimated to Brackish water. I then did more research on him and realised he was not a Brackish fish, however somtimes (only found this from one source) were found in Brackish estuaries.

He has been in the tank for a few months now, and seems to be the most energetic and lively fish in the tank. He has a really great personality, and will actually watch you as your on the couch and seems to enjoy watching tv with us :)

Very funny.

Soon as I have 5 posts, I will definately post some pictures, although I can't promise that they'll be as good as some that I've seen here :)

I have a 75gallon brackish tank with 2green spotted puffers,3mono sebaes,2dragon gobies,2shark cats,1archerfish,and 1 scat.

They're doing really well. They eat better than most of the other fish.

The salt is low, around 1.004-5 7 max. I raised it slowly and they have seemed to acclimate perfectly.

Pics soon hopefully
