How's it goin? Anthony, from Pittsburgh, Pa here. I've had fish on and off since I was a kid. After being with my now fiance for about 4 years, I talked her into us getting another tank. That was about a year and a half ago, and we now have 5 tanks up and running.
My largest is currently a 150gallon tank, but a 280 gallon is sitting empty in my living room while we restain the woodwork on it and the stand. Stock for this tank:
Bill - Oscar, about 8".
Big Daddy - Common Pleco, about 12"
Spooky - Paroon Shark (after doing research, found it may be an ID Shark), - about 14"
Envy - Green Terror, about 5"
C-Note - Striped Convict, about 4"
Casper - Ghost Knife Fish, about 6"
Also in the living room is a 30 gallon aquarium that is currently cycling. It has 6 life plants, and some snails that hitchhiked. I even saw a Ghost shrimp in there, so every couple days I throw it a pellet. This is going to be used for my Discus tank.
In our bedroom we have a 40 gallon. We have a 75 gallon we're upgrading to which is also sitting in the living room, but I have to get my stand from my moms and bring it home. Stock for this tank:
4 Red Belly Piranha
1 Spotted Raphael Cat
1 Striped Raphael Cat
My daughter has a 15 gallon tank. Stocking for this tank:
4 Tiger Barbs
8 Neon Tetra
1 Gold Nugget Pleco
3 Ghost Shrimp
a few other assorted fish.
There is another 15 gallon tank in my daughters room we use for a feeder tank. Stocking for this tank
1-5 dozen feeder goldfish at any givin time
1 Needlenose Gar we're trying to plump up and get ready for another tank
