Hi, My name is Graeme and I live in Scotland, UK.
I came across this website whilst looking on youtube at some videos and thought i need to sign up.
At the moment I have a few tanks:
I have a 4ft x 2ft x 2ft tank which houses 2 yellow bellie terrapins (pebbles & Bam bam!!)
A 3ft x 1 1/2 ft x 2ft tank which I have 3 x 5" comets and 3 x 3" Albino Frogs and 3 small comets only 2"atm.
A 5ft x 2ft x 2ft tank whick I have only had a couple of months, has 3 ID sharks, 2 sailfin Plecs and just few girly fish at the moment, as it is still quite new!
And finally a 2ft x 1ft x 1ft tank in my room, full of fish for the Mrs, Danios, lemon tetras, mollies, neons.
In the back garden I have a large pond which houses Koi and carp, also the odd newts and frogs on the passing!!
In the near future my plan is to build another pond in the garden to house my terrapins over the summer as the are quite big at the moment around 7" x 5" and I know they would enjoy a nice large pond while the weather is nice. I am just trying to work out everything I need to do this so any help would be apreciated. To give you an Idea, temp wise in Scotland over the summer tends to be between 15 and 20 degrees C!! Not Ideal!!
I then Want to put some nice man fish in the 5 ft tank I have, In my local pet shop they have some RTC which are great but I do appreciate I would need to build a tropical pond eventually!! Also have a nice snakehead and some clown Knife fish and Dolphin Hammerhead sharks. They things are amazing!! They are top of my list on things to get!!
Anyway will get some pics up of everything at somepoint for all you guys to have a wee look!!
