hey guys need help

i waz checkin out my sunfish today when i noticed my male bluegill and female warmouth had little worms on there fins how do i get rid of them

I have never had this problem, but i would try salt first. it won't stress the fish and helps with many things

Salt won't work. We need some more info on the shapes of the worms, straight, or curly? Length, color, ect.? Are they new, or did you add something new to the tank?
They could be trematodes, parasitic polychaetes, leeches, or a number of other things. More info will help us help you. Can you post a pic?

i have always just picked them off like you would with lice...should try to find out what they are first...
