I've been a member here for a bit, but never posted anything. I mostly come to have a look at the wealth of information. I have to say that the information provided on this forum is great. Good job to everyone to contributes.
I only have one Monsterfish (so far)...it's a 3 month old RBP. He's swimming around all by himself in a 20G tank. I say "all by himself" because he recently ate his tankmate (Zebra Danio), which had been in the tank with him since the beginning.
In total I have four 20G tanks, three of which I acquired recently, they are housed in a furniture piece.....
I will be using two of these tanks to breed some feeder Guppies for my RBP.
So far other than the Zebra Danio, my P has had a meal of Two Black Mollies. I was kind of surprised at this because both of those mollies put together equaled the size of my P.....he ate them both the same night.
I can't get him to eat any Plankton or Blood Worm anymore, since he's tasted the real thing.
I also tried feeding him some Frozen fish that I had on hand, he nibbled and played with it, but didn't even come close to gobbling it down like the Mollies or the Zebra.
Any suggestion at what I could feed him until my feeder setup is ready?
