okay i exagerated a bit just measured 1, the largest is 3inches. what should i do with them? any1?

Welcome!

You might want to consider selling/trading the loaches as they'll eventually get too large for your tank...but they are slow growers, so you can keep them for quite awhile in the tank you have. Eventually you'll want something a bit bigger for you convicts and acaras anyway, so it should be ok to keep them. Also large loaches are generally in demand, so if you like them might as well grow them out, you can sell/trade them more easily when they're bigger.

there nice fish buy not really something i would choose so if i were to get rid of them, could i replace them for some other fish that will get along with my current fish? thanks
