I've been reading this forum on and off for a year or so and finally decided I should really sign up. Very cool site with lots of great info. Thanks!
Oh yah, I've got a 100gal that's populated by a fat 7" long pleco, a 6" long senegal bichir, a couple of 4" pictus cats, a 5" dragon goby, two bala sharks (3 until yesterday when we lost the largest of the group) two surly green tiger barbs and two fat ol' goldfish that never really left after they were my amonia makers when I set up the tank a couple years ago.
Was thinking about revising the tank a bit now that I lost the largest bala, moving out the gold fish and then trying to decide what to add to liven it up a bit. So I've been surfing the site a bit looking to see what might be interesting and work with my bichir (my favorite fish).
So far my vote is for grass pike my wife's vote is for a whole shoal of tiger barbs... Hmmm, wonder what kind of decent sized and interesting fish will go with a school of tiger barbs! ha ha.
Anyhow, thanks again for the great site and all the info. Really appreciated!
