Hi All! A couple of questions..

I just stumbled across this site and I think it is fantastic! I HAD to join...so here I be.

I have 2 questions right now:

I used to know this but I can't remember anymore..and I HATE math! How do you calculate how many gallons a tank is?
And how many gallons is my tank?
It's 15" (w) x31 1/2"(tall) x36 (long)

Part 2: How do I determine how much to sell my Pleco for? I'm particular about the home he/she goes to. He (how do I sex a Pleco?) is just a regular/common Pleco and is 16" long. I also have a 2nd one that is 10" long.

I want to get rid of my tank and fish. I raise swordtails, and also, besides the Plecos, have some armour/albino cats. I have gotten my Pleco bigger tanks as he grew from a 'sprout', but I can't, and don't want to get any bigger tanks. I live in an RV and I'm suprised it has held up, especially the floor, with the tank I have. I want some room and I don't want any more tanks, at least for quite a while. BUT... I don't know how much to ask for him (them). And I don't know where the best place to advertise is.

Can anyone give me some advice please?

that common is worth between $15 and $20... and even that price may be a bit high.
the tank is like 73-74 gallons.

I love my Pleco! I love ALL Plecos! They have so much personality and ATTITUDE! I would love to have all Plecos (if I were continuing to grow with my Plecos). I don't know about other people's Plecos, but mine does NOT like to share his 'cookies' (algae discs) with the other Pleco....and he actually doesn't like the other one even in his zip code! He spends most of his active time pushing the smaller Pleco around. Or staring at ME if he wants 'cookies'!
