just thought I would introduce myself, I have been keeping fish (mainly cichlids) for over 25 years on and off....with a particular love of malawis, have been on a break from fish keeping these last few years, but I am back with avengance! lol....just set up a 6ft by 20in by 30in tank, and am steering clear of malawis this time round, and have gone the south american route....I have a 5in female green terror, a gold severum, a red shouldered severum two geophagus brasiliens, a jack dempsey a male nicaraguan cichlid....also have a small pleco and an ornate bichir in there too....just wanting to add one or possibly two more fish now, maybe an oscar or something similar.....I am also a huge fan of reptiles, and have kept snakes for 27 years along with a few lizards, basically I am animal mad...I`ll stop waffling on now...looks like a good forum on here, and look forward to learning and maybe even being able to offer a little help where I can as well
