I had a bichir bite a farlowella in half. So if it's small enough and the bichir is big enough then the reverse scenario. :/

You can if you get a carnivourous pleco such as the pseudacanthicas species--L25 L24 L114 and the like. They prefer pellets and prans.

Interesting. Carnivorous plecos? I know they go for slime coats but I didn't know they could kill. Can you provide additional info?

The carnivore plecos prefer a more meat-based diet will not usually touch algae or vegetable matter. My L114 eat salad shrimps or prawns.
