I’d suggest a water test with a liquid kit. The Oscar looks like it’s an injury. Tail on the parrot looks like normal coloring.

I did test it with master test kid and ammonia was 0 same with nitrite and nitrates but I did have a splike last week in ammonia when I tested it with a stick but I've been putting 1 cap of prime in every 2 days dunno if that over kill or not

Kit

Something may be off with the test kit, or with interpretation. Nitrate should Not be zero if the biological filter is working.
It will help if you give more details about tank size, and fequency/volume of water changes. , as well as total fish population (I see several dollars in the background). In a properly operating situation there should be absolutely no need to add prime every couple of days, unless with water changes at the same time.
The more info you give, the better folks can help you sort the problem. Good luck!

Hi sorry its 160 litres as 3 silver dollars 1 oscar and 2 blood parots I've got 2 filters 1 at each side for better water flow for both ends as I had a spare anyways but I do 50% water change every week but I haven't been getting nitrites in my tank for a while so I started adding stability yesterday because I'm just getting high ammonia but not having nitrites to convert the ammonia
so that the reason I added the prime so it detoxify the ammonia while I got to the problem but I don't have a clue where I ****ed up tbh mate done everything from what my local fish shop said and watched tons of videos on YouTube

Welcome aboard

Tbh your aquarium is too small for all of those fish. The Oscar will outgrow the aquarium soon you will need to upgrade to over 100 gallons. How many times do you feed in a day?

Hi again,
I am sorry you are having such frustrating problems. I don't believe the problems just happened; instead, it has been an issue that has been developing since the tank was set up, and it is now coming to a dramatic crux.
I would say you have to stop believing what the local fish shop tells you, as it seems they are misleading you. If they sold you all those fish while knowing the fish tank you have, they lied to you.
1- A 160 liter tank (~42 gallons) is way, way too small for an oscar, 2 parrots and 3 silver dollars. So you may need to re-consider the plan. I would say is not even large enough for any of those fish by themselves. Either, one will have to do nearly 100% water changes daily, or one will see their health decline quickly. And when (if) the fish grow, it will only get worse.
2- I am not sure, but it could be that your tank was never fully cycled. And them with such biomass and only 50% water changes weekly, things have gone down hill.
3- I suggest you choose among the fish (only one type) and re-home the rest, unless you can set up another tank. I believe a 160 liter tank is better suited for smaller fish, rather than any of the three types you have now.

I know these news are hard to take, but it is the honest true. Even if you could step up the water changes dramatically, the aquarium is still too small for those fish. In the mean time, water changes are the only effective manner of maintaining some minimal water quality.
Good luck!
