Hey everyone, my name is Tyler. Live in Idaho, USA.

I have been in the world of saltwater for many years now (around 6 I believe) and just recently broke down my 125g tank. Figured I would take a break for a little bit as I just was feeling a little burnt out on it and couldn't give the reef tank the time and attention it really needed. Because of that I have been checking out some other forums relating to aquariums and giving things some new thought. I think I would like to restart the tank again one day with something else besides a saltwater coral reef tank.

Figured I would make an account here, I have always enjoyed reading threads on here in the past. Anyway that's a little info about me - hope to see you all around!

Welcome! I too did the reef thing for a while and while I loved it it was like a second full time job eventually. Maybe one day we will visit it again.

Yes I couldn't agree more! I downsized and put my most favorite clownfish and a couple others in a 20L along with most my corals. Still working on getting rid of corals but would like to just run a FO tank for a little while. Much much easier imo!

I dabble a little in salt too. I don’t keep corals, but I have a few clowns, a six line wrasse, peppermint shrimp, cleaner shrimp, arrow crab and hermits and snails.
