What kind of winter water temps do you all see in the outdoor ponds? Would love to have some high fins but might need supplemental heat here in ATL I'd think

Well I got my answer from the shopkeeper I was looking to buy them from. He said winters up north here(mn) are a no go. The fish would have to be brought in. The whole point of our pond upgrade was to winter the fish outside. Such a shame. I can't have one, but I'll always admire them beautiful fish.

Winter water temp gets down to 55 deg.

All these ponds are in full sun. I'm sure that blue long necked pigeon would enjoy the variety.
