I have kept fish for 30 years and specialise in peaceful Asian fresh water barbs and catfish. I currently have a 2 metre deep 10,000 Litre aquarium. My favorite fish are Puntius Schwanenfeldi (tinfoil), Hypsibarbus Wetmorei (lemon fin), Pangasius Hypothalamus (sutchi)and Leptobarbus Hoeveni (cigar). It is a difficult hobby to maintain in Australia with its extreme import restrictions. I often visit countries along the Mekong river to revitalise my interest. I would love to live over there and have a pond full of giant Pangasius, Pangasianadon, Catlocarpio and Probarbus Jullieni.
