Hi Everyone
Just registered. I live in Tauranga, New Zealand which is on the east coast of the North Island. Im 52 and have been keeping fish for about 3 years. Started with gold fish in a 3 gallon tank and now I have 3 x 160gal (only two operating at the moment) tanks and one 50 gal grow out tank and 1 x 100 gal hospital tank. No gold fish any more
My current fish comprice of the following. In my grow up tank I have young (baby) silver dollars - blue acara - bala sharks, severums (green and gold) - clown loachs and uaru's. In my larger tanks I have 1 x arowana, oscars, severums - cigar shark - bala shark - plecos - eartheater - clown loaches (large). Love my hobby but have had to learn alot from the net because reliable sources of people in NZ are hard to find. and it is hard to get the range of products down here that you guys out there have access to! Any way I have questions regarding the best possible set up for media placement in the two FX5's that i have. I need to find out urgently as not many people run these large filters in New Zealand. Wheres the best place on this site to find that info? Regards to all - Kevin.
