Hey all, I've been out of keeping tropical fish for about four years. I used to have a 350litre with two red tiger oscars, pleco, bala sharks. I've toyed with getting back into it but also understood the work involved. So over christmas I bout bought myself a jewel 64 litre started tank which is a nice piece of kit. i made the fatal mistake of buying a baby red tiger oscar and green severum and pleco as I knew it wouldn't be long before they outgrew the tank. Well a month in and they're almost too big already.

I'm looking around at tanks and wanted some feedback on the new tanks around 300 litres. The jewel tanks are nice with the trickle filters in the hood but I've never used these. I used to run an external eheim power filter. What is the best nowadays?

Any suggestions for me would be great, fire me some product URLs if possible.

Thanks in advance....Craig

Hi there!

From the research I've done on the net I've found a couple of interest in this tank size.

Juwel do two called the rio 240 and rio 300 which are very nice

Aqua one do a AR980 which is cool also. I'm heading to hollywood fish farm this weekend for more information.
