Hey, I'm 20 years old and a college student at queens college majoring in history. My parents are both biologists, my mother a herpetologist and my father is an ichthyologist, so I've spent my entire life in a house full of pets. I absolutely love tropical fish!!! I personally have a 20 gal freshwater community tank, and in terms of fish my father has two reef tanks 30 and 55 gallons respectively. Once I get my own permanent residence I want to get a marbled lungfish and also a 55 gallon community.

Are your folks from around here? What does an ichthyologist do in queens, anyway? Just seems like there's not that many fish or bodies of water around.
