Hey there from Durban South Africa, just thought i would join as there loads of awesome stuff on here, Im also starting up a 4000 gallon tropical/koi pond :D

Here a couple of pic's it's also most finished just applied ABE Super Laykolt and waiting for it to cure then the bottom will be tiled..

Welcome! It looks like you are just about ready for some monsters - what do you plan to stock your pond with besides Koi?
 
Thanks bud! I have a 6 foot tank with 6 red bellied Pacu, Tiger shovel nose, Redtail catfish, 4 polypterus, 8 silver arowana's and a 18inch clown knife for now..
 
Very nice! It sounds like you'll have that pond stocked in no time, it should be awesome.

Thanks for all the welcome's guys!! I will post more pic's very soon of the entire pond and the filter system, I still need to setup a few other things so i will make a new thread in the pond section with loads of pic's..
