Name's Alan, retired L.E.O. from MD now in SWFL. I keep African cichlics, mostly mbunas - not exactly BIG (largest is 5"), but definitely little monsters .
Was at a fish auction & saw someone wearing an MFK T-shirt and had to check it out, looks like an interesting place. Looking forward to talking with fellow keepers. My biggest tank is a 230g. custom acrylic, just under 8' long, for which I built the stand & canopy.
Although a 5" kenyi rules the tank, here, ounce for ounce, is the toughest guy in the tank, my dominant male demasoni, just over 2".
