looking for some advice please? i,ve kept marine for the past three years and got a bit tierd of making salt water and buying exspensive fish ,so i have decided to give tropical ago. i have a 6ft x 3ft x 1ft tank built in to my wall and underneath i have asump that feeds my main tank . my first question of many is ,i would like to carry on using the sump for filtration what filter media do i use and what sort of plants are best for growing in it to take nitrates out of the filtering water. any advise would be grateful thanks jasp
