I was watching the fish closely when i discovered a speck of white dust, not very obvious on one of its eye.

I did a 20-30% water change.

after finishing the water change, the speck of white dust gradually disappeared.

however when i woke up this morning, the speck of white dust was more obvious than ever.

Welcome. Your fish may have scratched the eye or may be developing eye cloud. You may want to do another water change and treat the fish with Melafix. The eye should clear up quickly.
